We ship all of our jewelry via next day delivery. All of our pieces are fully insured while in transit, and must be signed for when received. We’ll send you tracking information once your order ships.
Returns & Refunds
We want you to be happy! If for any reason you're not satisfied with your purchase, we offer easy, no-questions asked returns within 14 days after your item was received, as long as it's in original, undamaged condition. To initiate a return simply send an email to hello@svetlanalazar.com and we'll send you a pre-paid return label. Custom or modified items may not be eligible for returns. Rings outside of standard sizes (5-8) are not returnable.
